When we had the concept EP Metropolis dropped of at the office a few years back we never knew what to expect when we hit play. This alternative soul singer has been on heavy rotation ever since;however we felt her power track Many Moons officially galvanized Janelle Monáe as a genius and giving us an insight to what The Wondaland Arts Society new sound in music is really all about.

May 18th is a schedule for the release of her next album Arch Android. With so much excitement, there is a lot of reason why this Kansas City native and Grammy nominee will deliver 10/10.

UK’s soul scene has always been on the forefront, from Soul2Soul, Omar and Amy Winehouse we continue to witness new emergence in this genre.

Himal encompasses singing/songwriting and instrumentalism, while honing his skills he contributes to this unique art form. From opening shows for Stacy Epps and between tours with the Spread Luv Collective. An eclectic movement such as wind instrumentalist / producer Radimo, eloquent Cherri Prince and the unstoppable Madame Pepper.

His material explores the mystique nature of love, the indulgence of sensuality and a blend of maturity which can be measured by the capacity crowd gathered at the swanky North London venue for the Musikal Blossom show.

With such mentors as the inspirational Clarence Arusiuka and former Universal Records A&R Thad Baron supporting, you can feel the confidence with this rising star.

Currently recording his album, we leave you with a snippet of what the London born artist is capable of.
